Terms of Service

Last Updated: 30/08/2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using Quriq ("the Service," "we," "us," "our"), you ("Clinic," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Quriq is a queue and appointment management platform for clinics and doctors, registered as a Proprietary business in India.

2. Description of Service

Quriq provides:

  • Live patient queue management for clinics
  • A waiting-room display board
  • Patient appointment tracking links
  • WhatsApp/email notifications to patients on a Clinic's behalf
  • Analytics and reporting on a Clinic's own patient activity
  • Multi-doctor and multi-date scheduling support

We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid functionality.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account (clinic details, doctor details, contact information).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One account is intended for one Clinic's operations; sharing credentials across unrelated clinics is not permitted.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Plans

  • Individual Plan: For single-doctor clinics (maximum 1 doctor)
  • Clinic Plan: For multi-doctor clinics (maximum 4 doctors)

Each plan is available Monthly or Yearly, at the pricing displayed on our website or communicated to you at signup. Pricing may change with reasonable advance notice; changes will not affect an already-paid current billing period.

4.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period (typically 7 days) at our discretion. No payment is required during a trial. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

4.3 Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Quriq does not store your full card details.
  • Subscriptions are not automatically recurring — you will need to renew manually (via cash, UPI, or a payment link) before your current period expires, or your account will be suspended per Section 4.5.
  • You are responsible for ensuring timely renewal to avoid service interruption.

4.4 Refunds

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@quriq.in within 7 days of the charge for review.
  • We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances (e.g., a verified service outage of extended duration).

4.5 Suspension for Non-Payment

If a subscription is not renewed by its expiry date, your account and access to the Service will be automatically suspended. Your data is retained during suspension (subject to Section 8 of our Privacy Policy) and access is restored upon renewal.

5. Doctor and Data Limits

Each plan has a maximum number of doctor profiles as described in Section 4.1. Attempting to exceed this limit will require an upgrade to a higher plan. We reserve the right to enforce these limits technically and to decline requests to bypass them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent patient or clinic information
  • Attempt to access another Clinic's data without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications unrelated to legitimate appointment/queue notifications
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

7. Patient Data Responsibility

  • You (the Clinic) are solely responsible for the accuracy of patient data entered into the Service and for obtaining any necessary patient consent for its collection and use (including for sending WhatsApp/email notifications on your behalf).
  • Quriq acts as a data processor for this information, as described in our Privacy Policy, and processes it only as instructed by you through your use of the Service.
  • You must comply with applicable healthcare and data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, in your own use of patient data.

8. Service Availability

  • We aim to provide reliable, continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service provider failures (e.g., Supabase, Razorpay, Meta/WhatsApp), or scheduled maintenance.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance that may affect availability.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Quriq, its logo, software, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of [Your Legal Business Name].
  • You retain ownership of the patient and clinic data you input into the Service.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your Clinic's internal operations for the duration of your active subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Quriq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the [3/6/12] months preceding the claim.
  • Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Quriq harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right (including patient consent/privacy obligations).

12. Termination

  • By you: You may stop using the Service and let your subscription lapse at any time. You may request account/data deletion by contacting us, subject to our data retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable advance notice in the latter case).
  • Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane/Maharashtra.
